Warehousing
We warehouse in several locations North Miami and Sturtevant, WI.

Orders placed before 12 PM EST can be processed for next-day pick-up.

If you're a local roaster and would like to pick up your order, we’ll coordinate the pickup directly between you and the warehouse.

Pick up hours are between 8am and 2pm only.

Your order will be available for pick up after you receive a Delivery Order confirmation.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order preparation. Larger orders may require additional time.

Pallets

Our standard pallet is 10 bags of 69 kg bags, this is the recommended amount per commercial pallet.
Ground Shipping
We collaborate with freight carriers for ground shipping services. Our Logistics specialists are the best at organizing shipments and securing the best rates available.

How does shipping usually work?

If you have a freight carrier of your choosing we can collaborate together for pick up arrangements.

Please be advised that the buyer is fully accountable for all shipping, freight, and delivery costs.

The total invoiced amount may be revised upon receipt of charges from the shipping company.

Accessorials are additional services that incur additional charges. Additional services include: Inside Delivery, Load-outs, and Use of Lift Gate, additional requests, etc.
When will my coffee order be shipped?

Please verify your shipping address when placing your order.

Orders will be ready for shipping within 24 to 48 hours. Larger orders may require additional time.

What should I do if my coffee arrives damaged or underweight?

Inspect your shipment and make a note of any visible damages before signing the delivery receipt.

Indicate on the Bill of Lading and delivery receipt that there are damages, and ensure it is signed by the driver for submission with the claim.

Protect the packaging and damaged goods to prevent additional loss.

Refrain from disposing of damaged goods, packaging, and container seals until a surveyor has examined the loss.

Prepare photographic evidence is essential to validate your claim and may be necessary for processing.
