How to Purchase Green Coffee with Us

We offer a variety of pricing tiers to suit different needs and budgets for all types of quality coffee. Additionally, We are more than happy to help you explore a wide selection of high-quality coffees, all with full certification and traceability.

At Ceiba, there’s no minimum order requirement for green coffee – you can start with as little as 1 bag, which weighs 69kg (152.12 lbs). We also offer full pallet and FTL (Full Truckload) orders for larger needs. Whether you're a small-scale roaster or a large-scale operation, we’re proud to serve roasters of all sizes and types!
We recommend purchasing coffees in full-pallet increments to save on shipping. Go to our shipping section for more details about our warehouse and shipping process.
How we cup and score our coffees
Our quality control team uses the SCA cupping system. Our team cups all the coffee we sell to make sure it meets our specialty coffee standards and those of our Roasters.
Samples
We offer our customers complimentary green coffee samples up to 300g so that you can Roast them before placing an order. If you need larger samples, please call or email us know and we’d be happy to make that happen! We're pleased to offer complimentary shipping through USPS on orders of 300g! For larger orders or expedited shipping via FedEx, a discounted shipping charge will apply.
Alternatively, you can visit our "Contact Us" page, fill out the "Request a Sample" form, and one of our representatives will reach out to assist with your order.
Contracting
Our customers can establish contracts to ensure a consistent coffee supply. We provide financing and storage services, affording you the option to spread-out deliveries.
New customers are required to make payment in advance of order release, with payment options including credit card, ACH, and wire transfer. For the first three orders, payment will be required upfront. After that, you can apply for Net 30 terms.

We provide discounts for larger orders for all roasters and offer free delivery on orders of 5 bags for South Florida residents, with warehouse handling charges still applicable.

Our turnaround time for orders placed before 11:00 am is next-day shipping and delivery for Coffee Roasters in Florida.
​
Bulk orders and orders placed after 1pm may take up to 48 hours for shipping.
A Delivery Order (DO) or Bill of Lading (BOL) will be provided, detailing the estimated shipping and delivery times.

For Local Coffee Roasters:

Small orders for same-day pick-up must be placed before 11:00 AM EST.

Small orders for next-day early morning pick-up must be placed before 2:00 PM EST.

Palletized orders for next-day pick-up must be placed before 11:00 AM EST.

Large loose orders for next-day pick-up must be placed before 1:00 PM EST.

At the time of your order, You will be notified of the expected pick-up time. A Delivery Order (DO) will be provided via email for you to present at the warehouse when picking up your order.

North Carolina: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We also offer Inventory Postponement to keep your coffee reserved, for a small fee, and release your order over time.
